Salt for pools MARINA
K+S MARINA salt tablets are intended for water treatment, regeneration of ion-exchange resins and iron removal in water softeners. They are used for disinfecting and purifying pool water in hotels, wellness centres and spas.
K+S MARINA salt for swimming pools is vacuum salt pressed into tablets. The white, odourless tablets dissolve completely in water. Their bevelled edges help prevent damage to packaging during transport and storage.
The tablets are used in electrolysis processes for chlorination, disinfection and water treatment in public swimming pools, wellness centres and private pools. They are intended for water treatment, softening and filtration systems.
Water softening is an essential technical process. Salt tablets remove hardness salts, restore the performance of ion-exchange resins in water softeners and protect against limescale deposits. This helps ensure pool-water quality, free from pathogenic microorganisms.
Salt tablets offer significant advantages over ordinary table salt. Their surface area is greater than that of an equal weight of ordinary salt. As a result, their consumption during water treatment is approximately 30% lower.
