The blocks are cut from solid crystalline salt. The material transmits light and is suitable for decorative walls with soft background lighting. Minor differences in colour, texture and pattern are natural characteristics of the salt.

Installation and care:

Salt is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture from the air. Protect the blocks from direct contact with water and install them with due regard to temperature, humidity, ventilation and the total load on the structure. Use installation materials and fixings designed for salt blocks. Clean using dry methods.

The main component is sodium chloride (NaCl). Natural Himalayan salt typically contains approximately 97–99% NaCl. Its natural colour comes from trace mineral compounds, including compounds of iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Exact values depend on the deposit and are confirmed by the batch certificate of analysis.
